Mona’s family was her pride and joy. She was their biggest supporter, cheerleader, and surrounded them with love every day of her life.
She was a member of the East Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church in Reedsville for many years. She sang in the choir, was an administrator, and used her gardening skills to surround the church with beautiful flowers each spring.
She found peace and quiet when she was surrounded by nature. She loved being in her gardens, bird watching, taking mountain walks to spot wildlife and walking in the woods.
Mona retired from the Mifflin County School District as a paraprofessional working with children with special needs.
She will be missed by so many people. His memory will live forever in our hearts.
