Rent a villa, help the friends of the Virgin Islands National Park help the park

Rent a villa, help Friends of Virgin Islands National Park.

When my wife and I visited the Virgin Islands National Park a few years ago, we rented a “villa”. It was a lovely house, just as you might find it today via AirBnB or VRBO. Today you can do the same and help the Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park in their support for the national park.

If the park is on your to-do list, this is your chance to find a great place to stay in St. John and help protect and preserve the park at the same time. Now in its fifth year, the Villa auctions for the park is hosted by Friends of Virgin Islands National Park and is a major fundraiser that supports park programs including trail maintenance, mooring maintenance, sea turtle protection, and scientific research programs.

Spend an extraordinary vacation in one of the fabulous locations courtesy of the respective owners. Explore the park’s beaches, snorkel in the azure waters of St. John’s, and hike miles of trails. Registration is now open and free. Auctions start on Friday and end on November 26.

Visit the Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park website to learn more and register to bid on this page.
