On Saturday April 16, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., meet at the Park Connection Office located next to the Bailly/Chellberg car park for a morning of stewardship in your national park. Plus, daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., stop by the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center on North State Road 49 in Porter or the Paul H. Douglas Center for Environmental Education on North Lake Street in Gary for the “Trash Trekkers” program. “. Grab a bag from either center and help keep the beaches and trails clean.
